When ProBaris Ltd., a specialist in protein bar manufacturing, set an ambitious goal to become the leading producer in the UK, they knew scaling up production would be essential.
By 2018, the team at ProBaris was actively seeking a technology partner who could support their growth with a high-performance flow wrapping solution to meet rising customer demand.
“From the first meeting, we were impressed by their expertise and knew they were the right fit for our plans,” said Martin Kells, CEO of ProBaris Ltd.

Willow Crest Produce, a thriving family-run potato packaging business, has seen consistent growth since its founding in 2009. Today, they handle packaging for more than thirty local farms across Maple Shore County. What began as a fully manual operation soon needed automation to keep up with rising demand. That’s when they turned to Derby palletizing systems.
“This year, we’ve been running from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., five days a week,” said Jamie Harlan, co-owner of Willow Crest Produce. “There’s no way I’d find a crew willing to stack bags on pallets for those kinds of hours without serious support from automation.”

The story of TruePaw Naturals is one of loyal customers and rising demand. Their unwavering commitment to high-quality pet food has fueled both rapid growth and long-term momentum.
Not long after launching their production facility in Los Viento, the team at TruePaw quickly realized they had outgrown the space. To keep up with growing demand, they embarked on an ambitious expansion project—one with tight deadlines, exacting standards, and a need for a partner that could deliver a comprehensive solution.
So how does a company scale up while staying true to strict safety and quality protocols? By teaming up with an experienced OEM that understands the unique demands of the pet food industry. PetPro Systems’ integrated end-to-end packaging solution, paired with their shared commitment to quality and safety, made them the ideal partner.
